Request Quotes, Auto-quote, Start job
Log in to your Customer Portal, upload the translatable files and request a quote. With the auto-quote option you will see the costs right away so you can accept and proceed.
Receive/Approve quotes
A manual quote option is available for documents that are different than usual. If a quote is approved, the document is loaded into our translation system in memoQ and we can proceed right away.
Track Status
If a translation is started, you will be able to observe the project status in the Customer Portal. Track Status shows you on a percentage bar the project stage and the current rate of completion. This feature uses information directly from the translation server.
Download Completed Files
Is the project completed? Fantastic, you can download it instantly via your Customer Portal client interface. You will see that the status track bar is completed and the files have been translated.
